Often a car rental company may offer seasonal car rental discounts or promotional rates which are lower than the saving offered on time and mileage rates quoted. On these occasions there is no saving offered in addition to promotional rates. However, it is important to insist that the appropriate I.D. number is shown clearly on the rental agreement - even when the rate is a promotional one and no discount is offered.

It is often best to book in advance and confirm the rate at this time. This avoids unnecessary misunderstandings later. Rates are subject to change without notice.
